Every Installation is Certified — Here's What That Means

As registered members of SELECT and NAPIT, we are authorised to self-certify our electrical installation work under Part P of the Building Regulations. This means you don't need to apply for building regulations approval separately — we handle the notification and provide you with the certificate on completion.

EIC

Electrical Installation Certificate

Issued for new circuits, consumer unit replacements, and significant new installations. Confirms the installation is safe and compliant.

MEIWC

Minor Electrical Installation Works Certificate

Issued for additions to existing circuits — extra sockets, new light fittings, and similar minor works.
