EV Infrastructure Grant for Landlords
Landlords & Property Owners
Landlords of residential properties can claim up to £350 per chargepoint socket, with a maximum of 200 sockets per applicant. Ideal for HMOs, rental portfolios, and multi-unit residential buildings.

Workplace Charging Scheme (WCS)
Businesses & Employers
The Workplace Charging Scheme helps businesses, charities, and public sector organisations reduce the upfront cost of purchasing and installing EV chargepoints for staff and fleet vehicles.
